SHIPPING FEE & TIME

  • We offer free shipping for all domestic orders for INR 995 or more. Your product total after any discount should be INR 995 or more. For orders under INR 995 a flat shipping charge of INR 80 is added.

  • Domestic orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not regarded as business days.

  • If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at other times due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled

DISPATCH/DELIVERY DELAYS ?

We are currently shipping to all locations except containment zones. Please note that because of the ongoing restrictions, the dispatch/delivery of all non-essential goods may be impacted.

TRACKING THE ORDER

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB No.) and courier partner name is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website and enter the AWB No. shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

DELIVERY

Within India, we ship through a courier partner. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.

 

Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin code. This will help us to ensure a smooth delivery of your order.

You may terminate this User Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of nukkadprinter.com

 

nukkadprinter.com may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you the access to nukkadprinter.com. Such termination will be without any liability to nukkadprinter.com

 

Upon any termination of the User Agreement by either you or nukkadprinter.com, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from nukkadprinter.com, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the User Agreement or otherwise.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and nukkadprinter.com with respect to nukkadprinter.com’s sites/services and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and nukkadprinter.com with respect to the nukkadprinter.com sites/services. nukkadprinter.com’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

You agree and confirm:

  1. That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by nukkadprinter.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from you.

  2. That you will use the services provided by nukkadprinter.com, its affiliates and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the nukkadprinter.com and transacting on the nukkadprinter.com

  3. You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information are requested. nukkadprinter.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), nukkadprinter.com has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services of nukkadprinter.com and/or other affiliates of nukkadprinter.com without prior intimation whatsoever.

  4. That you are accessing the services available on the nukkadprinter.com and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through the nukkadprinter.com

  5. That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.

  6. That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.

You may not use nukkadprinter.com for any of the following purposes:

  1. Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
